JoyFull Hospital was established in December
1, 2005 at Baengbaeng Sageori of Dogok-dong,
Gangnam-gu by director Kang Yun Sik, whose
first hospital was 'the large intestine/anus
specialized hospital' Seoul Surgical Hospital
started in 1990 which he operated for 15 years.
The clinic has up-to-date equipments such
as medical diagnosis laboratory, function
laboratory of anus, X-ray laboratory, magnetic
field therapy machine and mammogram machine,
for more professional and comfortable treatment.
Hospital services include hemorrhoid center
such as hemorrhoid/anal fistula, hernia center,
gastroenterology clinic, surgical clinic,
varicose vein clinic, gynecology/urinary incontinence
clinic, sleep endoscopy center with best endoscopy
equipment, and specialized detailed examination.
Especially, the clinic was announced as the
hospital which has the least patient's hospital
bill and admitting days by National Health
Insurance Corporation's report in 2006.
The hernia center performs non-tension artificial
membrane hernia surgery using artificial membrane
which hardly recurs. Surgery can be performed
in a day and patients can leave hospital because
of burdenless local anesthesia at next day.
This surgery is superior to existing enterocele
repair surgery or enterocele repair surgery
using laparoscope. And JoyFull Hospital finds
its level as Korean best hernia center because
Korean soccer players who have been treated
in abroad visit JoyFull Hospital for surgery
now.
Sleep endoscopy center has 40 endoscopes,
4 endoscope washer and special ultrasonic
washer for attached devices and performs believable
clean exam examination with newly disinfected
endoscope for each patient. Specialists who
have full experiments monitor patient's condition
with professional devices in real time and
perform safe sleep enoscopy and perform polypectomy
at once if polyp is found. Endoscopy and colonoscopy
can be performed at the same time. We provides
endoscopy clinic at dawn (6:30 AM~8:30 AM)
for busy employees every Saturday.

at Senior Welfare Center in Seoul once
a month. And JoyFull hospital set up relationship
with The People's Hospital in Daeahn-gun,
Pyungnam, through EugeneBell Foundation
that is a private organization for medical
support with the North Korea, to support
patients of North Korea who suffer from
tuberculosis.
