Daegu Catholic Uni. Medical Center was established
for evangelical work of Jesus Christ with
holistic healing in 1980, and today it manages
over 860 clinical beds on the scale of over
66 115.7 m².
We perform a role as a university hospital
which provides treatment for over 3000 outpatients
a day and over 800 inpatients at total of
25 hospital services to deal with diseases
of our time. And also, we manages 18 general
center and 56 special clinics to provide professional
and special treatment service for patients
as a result of steady specialization and maximization
of studies ability. Over 200 professors, over
160 specialists, over 650 nurses and over
200 medical engineers do their best to provide
holistic healing and good service for patients
on the basis of up-to-date equipment.
Daegu Catholic Uni. Medical Center establishes
medical center for the aged, western and oriental
medicine-adapted treatment and corporate treatment
system with international eminent hospitals
for total care system on the basis of superior
material and human resources. And it is promoting
to build a new hospital including a laboratory
center in 2008. Daegu Catholic Uni. Medical
Center has a plan to construct a network between
hospitals under the foundation and over 100
rehabilitation facilities with medical clinics
as the central figure and establish general
medical system covering Daegu and Gyeongbuk
region. In addition, we will make an effort
to be more professional and competitive hospital
thorough activating various clinic center
and building sports centers.
We do our best to be a leading medical center
as being a hospital fitting patient's requirement,
a eco-friendly hospital, a total centralized
hospital and a hospital performing holistic
healing for carrying catholic mission into
practice in future on the basis of noble mind
of love and service.
